  • All prices listed on VRGE.IN are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before or after an order is placed.

4. Payment Terms

  • We accept payments through UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash (in-store).

  • Orders will be processed only after full payment confirmation.

  • For bulk or custom orders, a minimum advance may be required.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on location and product availability.

  • Customers will receive tracking details once the product is shipped.

  • VRGE.IN is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events.

6. Warranty & Support

  • All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty as per their respective terms.

  • Warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer or authorized service center.

7. Return & Replacement Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items within 1 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, with original packaging and invoice.

  • Once inspected and approved, replacements or refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Certain items like software, consumables, or custom-built PCs are non-returnable.

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Any data loss during repair is not the responsibility of VRGE.IN, and customers are advised to back up data beforehand.
