At VRGE.IN, we strive to provide high-quality computer products, accessories, and services to all our customers. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Return Policy

Once a product is sold from VRGE.IN, we do not accept any returns under any circumstances.
This applies to all items including:

  • Computer accessories & components

  • Peripherals

  • Networking products

  • Software & digital items

  • Any products sold through online or offline channels

All sales are final.

2. Replacement Policy (Only for Damaged/Defective on Arrival)

A replacement is provided only if the product received is damaged or not functioning on arrival.

To qualify for replacement:

  1. You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Unboxing video is compulsory as proof.

  3. Product must be in unused condition with original packaging, accessories, and invoice.

Note: Replacement is subject to brand/service-center approval.

3. Warranty Support

Products covered under manufacturer warranty will be serviced as per the brand’s warranty terms.
VRGE.IN assists customers with warranty claims, but we do not provide direct refunds, replacements, or exchanges once the product is sold.

For warranty:

  • Customer must visit the respective service center

  • Warranty duration varies by brand and product

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are applicable only if the ordered item is out of stock or if VRGE.IN is unable to fulfill the order.
In such cases:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

6. Non-Returnable Categories

  • Opened or used products

  • Software or digital products

  • Consumables & spare parts

  • Products without unboxing proof

  • Products damaged due to customer handling
