For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post.
Orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 working days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment, unless otherwise specified at the time of order confirmation. Delivery timelines are subject to courier company or postal authority norms.
VRGE.IN is not liable for any delay in delivery caused by courier companies or postal authorities. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the consignment to the courier partner within the committed dispatch timeline.
Delivery of all orders will be made to the registered address provided at the time of purchase. Customers are requested to ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.
VRGE.IN is not responsible for any damage to the order during transit. Customers are advised to check the package at the time of delivery and report any visible damage immediately.

How Delivery Charges Are Calculated
Shipping charges are calculated based on:

Order value (if applicable under promotional offers)
For multiple products ordered together, the system automatically calculates the total weight of all items in a single order and applies a consolidated shipping fee.
Example:
If a customer orders three products weighing 200g, 250g, and 400g, the system calculates the combined weight and applies a single delivery charge based on the total weight slab — not individual shipping charges for each item.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
