1. General Information

  1. VRGE.IN is a marketing and distribution company dealing in computer hardware, peripherals, networking products, CCTV equipment, accessories, and related IT products.

  2. We are not the manufacturer of the products unless explicitly stated.

  3. By placing an order on www.vrge.in, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Sale Terms

  1. Our responsibility ceases once the goods leave our warehouse and are handed over to the courier/logistics partner.

  2. We provide a proper GST invoice for all products sold. We do not sell products without a GST invoice.

  3. If you require your company GST number on the invoice, kindly mention it while placing the order and provide valid GST registration details.

  4. For orders valued at ₹2,00,000 (Rupees Two Lakhs) and above, customers may be required to provide PAN and Aadhaar details as per applicable Indian laws.

  5. VRGE.IN reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or technical issues.

  6. Partial advance payments made for COD or custom orders may be non-refundable if the order is cancelled by the customer.

  7. Convenience/transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  8. If an order is cancelled by the buyer:

    • Before shipping: Processing fee may be deducted.

    • After shipping: Shipping + processing charges will be deducted.

  9. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after receiving the product in original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories.

  10. Custom-built PCs or specially configured products may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once assembled.

3. Product Information

  1. Products sold may be components, spares, or sub-assemblies and do not constitute a complete system unless explicitly mentioned as a “Full PC System.”

  2. Images shown on the website are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly.

  3. All installations must be performed by a qualified technician. Physical damage due to improper installation voids warranty.

4. Warranty & RMA Policy

  1. All products are covered under manufacturer warranty unless otherwise specified.

  2. Warranty is against manufacturing defects only.

  3. Physical damage, burnt components, broken pins, tampered warranty stickers, mishandling, voltage fluctuations, or liquid damage are not covered under warranty.

  4. Products under warranty will be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturer’s policy.

  5. If a product has a local authorized service center, the customer must approach the brand directly.

  6. For carry-in warranty cases, shipping charges (both sides) must be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

  7. Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original invoice copy.

  8. VRGE.IN reserves the right to refuse warranty service if the product is not in acceptable physical condition.

5. Returns & Refund Policy

  1. Products once sold will not be taken back unless they qualify under DOA (Dead on Arrival) policy.

  2. DOA cases must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  3. Products must be returned with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.

  4. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  5. Special category products (e.g., gaming chairs, assembled PCs, custom builds, software, clearance stock) may not be eligible for return/refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Orders are shipped through registered courier partners.

  2. Delivery timelines are subject to courier norms and local conditions.

  3. VRGE.IN is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.

  4. Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon handover to the courier partner.

7. Privacy Policy

  1. We value your privacy and do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

  2. Sensitive information such as passwords, bank details, and card details are not stored by us.

  3. Customer data is used only for order processing, communication, and legal compliance.

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. VRGE.IN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased from our website.

  2. All products are provided “as is” subject to manufacturer warranty terms.

9. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on this website including text, images, logos, graphics, and design is the property of VRG Enterprises.

  2. Unauthorized reproduction or use of website content is strictly prohibited.

10. Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from transactions on VRGE.IN shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Una, Himachal Pradesh, India].

11. Force Majeure

VRGE.IN shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, technical failures, or government actions.
